Submitting the Interest List form allows HCS to maintain information about organizations that may be interested in future sponsorship.
HCS may use this information to:
Better understand provider interest by program type
Identify geographic areas of demand
Communicate future sponsorship opportunities
Share relevant HCS updates
Contact organizations if HCS expands its Maryland sponsorship scope
