CACFP Sponsorship for Adult Care Centers & Facilities
Honorable CACFP Sponsorship Inc. provides CACFP sponsorship, administrative support, training, monitoring, claims assistance, and program resources for eligible Adult Care Centers & Facilities participating in the Child and Adult Care Food Program.
HCS works with participating programs to support organized program administration, accurate documentation, compliant meal claiming, required training, and ongoing CACFP participation.
Because CACFP processes and HCS procedures may vary by jurisdiction, information for Maryland and the District of Columbia is identified separately when appropriate.
-
CACFP may support eligible Adult Care Centers & Facilities that provide organized care and qualifying meal service to eligible adult participants in approved care settings.
Participation requirements may depend on factors such as licensing or approval status, participant eligibility, program structure, meal service, attendance, jurisdiction, organizational structure, and other applicable CACFP requirements.
HCS helps prospective Adult Care Centers & Facilities understand the sponsorship process and the information needed to determine whether participation may be appropriate.
-

Support may include:

-
Adult Care Centers & Facilities interested in HCS sponsorship may be asked to provide information regarding the organization, licensing or approval status, participant population, program operations, meal service, current CACFP participation, and other documentation needed for enrollment or sponsorship review.
HCS may also review whether the facility currently participates in CACFP, whether another sponsor is involved, and whether additional program or jurisdiction-specific requirements apply.
Enrollment is completed only after applicable eligibility, documentation, and HCS participation requirements have been satisfied.
-

Joining the Interest List allows HCS to maintain your organization’s contact information and notify you if Adult Care Center & Facility sponsorship becomes available.
Placement on the Interest List does not guarantee CACFP eligibility, enrollment, approval, or future sponsorship.
